I believe Convergys was hired by a local government that I used to work for to *** into an employee pc and also *** into phone. I noticed that when running the Power Point the screen was being shared with 125 people and only 12 to 15 employees.
When I attempted to bring this attention to the trainer she took off the screen. There was several thing wrong and I noticed it but when you brought to the attention. The trainer made lite of it. Yes can work for Convergys but your personal pc is your pc and no one has the right to *** into your pc or phone.
They don't allow you to take screen shot yet there have 125 users doing a adobe connection. Not telling who this people are.

Convergys - What Happened?
My experience is somewhat similar; I had program responsibility for managing an entire call site for a Federal Govt agency for 2.5 years, was a front-line supervisor in a said call site for 3 years and eventually became a Division Chief within that agency that had that call site as one of its operating programs. Having retired after 38 honorable years of service with the federal govt., I applied at Convergys for one of their customer service agent at home positions in Michigan.
Received congratulations about successfully completing the first step (application and submission of resume'). Was notified of next step which was to complete their equipment compatibility assessment, which I completed and passed. I was then notified (again via email) about an interview (via computer); completed the on-line interview on 04/0; received an email advising of successful transmission of the interview. Then I received an email on the morning of 04/03 advising, "We have received your application for the position of Work At Home - Customer Service Rep.
After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that you have not been selected for this position." No indication as to why rejected, no feedback what so ever, nor any way to find out why rejected (only seeking full-time not part-time, salary expectation too high, etc.) nothing at all nor any way to find out. Went on-line and saw that the position for which I had applied for Michigan, part time and full time, had been changed to full-time only. Was that the reason?
I don't know. Qualification wise, I more than sufficiently "met the bill." But I'll never know what happened.
Convergy's Regret is all you will get
Convergy's is a very unreliable place to work, they say they support you and they do not they do not care about you. People can go into HR lie on you .
Like they did me and i was fired. Security sucks and One lies all the time. You can not socialize with Janitorial. You are told that if they do not work for Convergys you can not talk to them .
That place is a joke so if i was you watch your...Back. You will eventually lose your Job . Don't expect it to be clean. All though for the most part the Employees are Very Nice.
In reality they did me a favor by firing me . I know longe have to deal with There *** policys

Convergys Application Process For Job Advertising Review from North Port, Florida
How can a company advertise that they are hiring and need help on their website for work at home customer service representatives and make you go through all of that filling out application, taking questionnaires and then sending you emails like you may have the job and present themselves like they are interested in you, then some rude sounding man calls you by phone and asks you a few questions about your work history and your work availability then you never hear back from them, you then login to their website to see your application status as rejected? For what?
I was available to work anytime and have good work history and references but it is no explanation! They claim to be an equal opportunity employer yeah right they need to be investigated because they are far from being one because they don't even give people a chance!

the fact that I was left waiting for ages I already forgave them, bc I thought they were super busy during the interviewing process, but yeah it was not cool to have been called in to a personal interview starving ;) If this had been in the States people would have apologized and offered some pizza, but not in Europe!!!!
However, I was super excited to get a job offer in sales at Convergys in Berlin, Germany. I did not get my contract straight away, but I was told they'd get in touch with me the week after and I could start June 6, which was already a bummer bc I was expecting to start May 30 with the training. Anyways, I waited and waited and cleared my entire schedule so I could be available to sign the contract. I really wanted to do this job! I love traveling and it still is a job I would love to do.
Nobody got in touch with me and yeah we live in a century in which you can use email!!! Nothing. The recruiter followed up again and today I got an email from the recruiter (obviously not from them) saying I could come in again to a second interview and that they tried to reach me multiple times - what a *** lie! I don't have any messages on my phone and absolutely NO email either. How can you let people down like that? How can you mess with a reputation that does not only affect Convergys, but also people who trust them with their projects??? UNBELIEVABLE!
I seriously don't want to work for a company that is THAT unorganized and unstructured and does not value a person at all. Sorry I don't need that....
Watch out folks, but the office in Berlin is super dodgy!

Do not like this place .. it has its benefits like the fact that its very clean , alot of festivities for the employees.
One company who seem to care about their workers . Down fall are the expectations .. almost impossible to really meet , wayyyyyy too many systems has to be used under a certain amount of time . Incentives ?
oh forget about those . Supervisors rather gather around and talk about drama then to listen you .
Always want us to escalate a call if we are on it for too long but only three sups on the floor and calls are always being escalated because of the ridiculous call times and then now we would have the customer waiting all day running up our hold time and then sometimes the sups dont even get to the call so the customers are calling back still messing up our numbers .. Expectations are crazy hated this place .
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

I was a previous employee of Convergys, and I my experience there was "TERRIBLE". I didn't even receive my pay.
I had to go to their head office, but the issue is still not resolved. I am just so upset cause they actually teach you to set proper expectations, but they themselves don't even do what they teach us. I wouldn't recommend that company to anyone who's desperate looking for a job. I already spoke to different HR's from Convergys, but they just kept on giving me runarounds.
When I tried to contact their hotline for help.
Agents would place me back on ***. I should know, I was an agent too.

It's true anything you connect to convergys or you pc to their flash drive or software including personal phones they will spy on they have an entire department dedicated to it at least our trainers made us aware in training not to even switch on WiFi on your phone even if you don't connect or actually use it if your device simply scans and shows it in list of networks they will spy on you your texts posts downloads ect
